Another great new development at The Four Leaf Clover Club is our new community internet café called 'Zest', which opens to the public for three days a week:
Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays 9.30am - 3.00pm.

As well as promoting healthy living, 'Zest' will aim to reduce the stigma of mental illness through education, by employing people who have experienced mental ill health to run the café.

'Zest' will provide excellent food and refreshments including jacket potatoes, juices, smoothies and scrumptious treats in a friendly, safe and vibrant environment for the entire community to enjoy.

We will provide a take-away service as well.

We have now appointed a café manager to work on Fridays and Saturdays.

We are also looking for unpaid co-workers to use their existing skills and experience or learn new skills while running the café with us in a supportive environment. Travel expenses will be paid for by the organization in accordance with national guidelines. All volunteers will be welcomed as part of a friendly team. The work will involve preparing and serving food and drink, washing up, cleaning and till work. Volunteers will be provided with a free meal.

If you are interested in volunteering or any other aspect of the project please contact Liz McGaw, Mondays to Wednesdays on 01935 389192
